At Stylishtrend, our goal is to provide top-quality products and outstanding service. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Returns & Exchanges

If you don't like the product or its fit, it can be returned to us. Please note that a nominal return fee of Rs. 200 will be charged per product. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the pickup and exchange, including handling, packaging, and logistics.

Refunds

We process refunds within 5 working days or less to ensure a quick and hassle-free experience. Thank you for your patience!

Damaged or Incorrect Product

Without proper video and photos, return or exchange requests cannot be processed.

kindly return it to us along with your order number.

Upon receiving the product and confirming the issue, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you.

Exchange Policy

As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a product has been sold. Nevertheless, we provide the option to exchange the product for a different size, subject to the following conditions:

Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the product's delivery.

Size exchange is free. You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you. If you receive an item and find that the size is not suitable, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

Note on Second Exchange: Size exchange done for the first time for a particular product is free. A second exchange is not permitted. In special cases, an exchange may be approved with a ₹300 charge.

To request an exchange, please send an email to us at stylishtrend98@gmail.com with your exchange request.

Once acknowledged by our team, First, we will arrange for the collection of the received parcel. Once the pickup is completed, kindly share either the return slip or a screenshot provided by the courier agent as confirmation.If not collect in 2-5 days please update us.
Upon receiving your confirmation, we will proceed with dispatching your exchange parcel.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Please include your name, address, and email on the parcel, along with the desired size for the exchange.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Size exchanges are available, and you can select a bigger or smaller size of equal value to the exchanged product, with the shipping/COD costs to and from deducted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
